Short summary
- You can keep a set number of project requests open at the same time free of charge (free concurrent allowance). Opening a new project request while that allowance is full, and renewing an expired project request, are subject to a listing fee.
- The fee is shown on the payment screen including all taxes (VAT) and is paid by card (3D Secure) or by bank transfer (EFT). The project request does not go live until the fee is paid.
- Individual (consumer) buyers have no right of withdrawal: the service is performed instantly in electronic form and, with your approval, before the withdrawal period ends. Your approval is taken before payment with a separate, unticked box.
- Once the project request is live, the listing fee is not refunded. The fee is refunded in full if you withdraw before publication or if the request is rejected in the pre-publication check.

Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 Art. 48 and Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 5, this form sets out what you need to know before paying a listing fee. It is an integral part of the Distance Service Agreement.
1. Service provider (Regulation Art. 5/1-b, c)
- Name or trade name: Ufkon (brand: Ufkon)
- Tax identification number: — · Tax office: —
- Full address: (postal address will be added before paid sales start; written requests: info@ufkon.com)
- Phone: [operator details to be added] · E-mail: destek@ufkon.com · Registered e-mail (KEP): none
- Website: ufkon.com
2. Main characteristics of the service (Art. 5/1-a)
- The listing fee is the fee for publishing your project request in the Ufkon blind pool. The service consists of putting the project request live and, for the listing period, keeping it open for unlocking by installer firms (EPC) with verified documents while your identity stays hidden.
- There is no cap on the number of firms that may unlock; each firm (firms in the same group together) unlocks your request once. You can message the firms that unlocked on the platform and, if you wish, ask for non-binding preliminary bids.
- The listing fee is payable when you: (a) open a new project request while your free concurrent allowance is full, or (b) renew an expired project request. If no firm unlocked the expired project request, the first renewal is free.
- Ufkon does not install systems, takes no commission and is neither a party to nor a guarantor of any contract you conclude with firms. The agreement and the installation contract are concluded between the parties outside the platform. The listing fee does not promise that any firm will unlock or that any bid will be received.
3. Total price and additional costs (Art. 5/1-d, e)
- The amount you pay is the VAT-inclusive fee shown on the payment screen; the amount excluding VAT and the VAT are shown separately. Current prices are announced on the platform.
- Ufkon charges nothing beyond this fee. Any charges your bank applies for card payments or transfers under its own tariff are between you and your bank.
- Apart from your internet connection, there is no unusual cost for using the means of distance communication.
4. Payment, performance and deadlines (Art. 5/1-f; Art. 6/2)
- Accepted means of payment: credit or debit card (on the secure page of the contracted bank or payment institution, with 3D Secure) and bank transfer (EFT). Your card number does not reach and is not stored on Ufkon servers.
- If you choose bank transfer, you enter the payment code shown on screen in the description; once the payment is matched with that code, your project request is processed.
- If the fee is not paid by the payment deadline shown on the payment screen, the project request is cancelled; no fee is charged, and a payment arriving after the deadline is refunded.
- Performance: once payment is confirmed, your project request goes live immediately or passes a short pre-publication check and is published as soon as the check ends. During the check firms cannot see your request. The listing period and unlock rules are those in force at publication and are shown in your request file.
5. Right of withdrawal and its exception (Art. 5/1 and Art. 15/1)
- In distance service contracts a consumer normally has a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for the listing fee service: it is a service performed instantly in electronic form (Regulation Art. 15/1, sub-paragraph on services performed instantly in electronic form), and where a pre-publication check is needed its performance starts, with your approval, before the withdrawal period ends (Art. 15/1, sub-paragraph h).
- Individual (consumer) buyers give a separate approval for this exception before payment, with a box that is not pre-ticked (Right of Withdrawal Exception Notice). Without this approval no payment can be made and no contract is concluded.
- Even though there is no right of withdrawal, written notices can be sent to: (postal address will be added before paid sales start; written requests: info@ufkon.com) · e-mail: destek@ufkon.com · KEP: none.
- Corporate buyers (acting for commercial or professional purposes) are not consumers; the right of withdrawal regime does not apply to them.
6. Refunds (Art. 5/1-f)
- The fee is refunded in full if: you withdraw the project request before it goes live; the request is rejected in the pre-publication check; the request cannot be published for a reason on the side of Ufkon; the payment arrives after the payment deadline; or the same fee is collected twice.
- Once the project request is live, the service is deemed performed and the listing fee is not refunded. Withdrawing a live request, no firm unlocking, or no bids arriving are not grounds for a refund.
- Refunds are made within 14 days at the latest from the date the refund ground arises, to the means of payment used (to the card, or by transfer to the account you specify for bank payments), free of charge and in one go. When a card refund appears on your account depends on your bank.
7. Invoice
- An e-archive invoice is issued after payment, sent to your e-mail address and kept in your panel.
8. Confirmation, order and records (Art. 7, Art. 8)
- By ticking the box on the payment screen you confirm that you have read this form and you accept the Distance Service Agreement. Payment cannot start without ticking the box.
- When you approve payment (moving to the payment page for card payments, or confirming the bank transfer option) you take on an obligation to pay; this is stated again immediately before the payment button.
- Your approvals are stored with the text version, date and technical record. A link to the approved texts is sent by e-mail after payment; you can view, print and save the texts on this page at any time.
9. Complaints and disputes (Art. 5/1-f and k)
- For complaints and requests, write to destek@ufkon.com or call [operator details to be added]; there is no separate complaints channel.
- As a consumer, within the legal monetary limits you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee at your place of residence or where the transaction was made; for disputes above those limits you may apply to the consumer court after first applying to a mediator, as required by Law No. 6502 Art. 73/A.
