For engineering and project management firms

From connection offer to acceptance: let the permit work come to you.

For firms that run design, connection offer and approval processes without installing: bid on engineering requests from EPCs that won turnkey projects, then update the process on one timeline once you get the job.

  • Applying and bidding are free
  • Investor details are never shared
  • No commission on the job

Where jobs come from

Jobs come from EPC engineering requests.

  • Open

    EPC engineering request

An EPC that unlocked a project request opens an engineering request for the connection offer, connection agreement, design and approval part of the job. The card shows the province, kWp range, service items and deadline.

How it works

Work in four steps.

  1. Apply

Upload your tax certificate and your chamber registration or SMM certificate. Once your documents are checked, the engineering request pool opens.

  2. Pick a job

The pool shows the province, kWp, service items and deadline. The contracting firm's name and the investor's details are not on the card.

  3. Submit a bid

Enter the amount and the timeline. Your bid appears to the contracting EPC under a pseudonym; if you are selected, both firms see each other's contact details.

  4. Update the process

Connection offer, connection agreement, design approval, acceptance: update each stage on the Process Timeline and attach documents. The contracting EPC is notified right away.

  • Status on one timeline.

Every update reaches the contracting EPC as a notification. Fewer "where is the file?" calls.

  • The same line items.

Engineering requests open with standard service items; bids sit side by side on the same scope, with amount and timeline.

  • One company account, separate roles.

You can also add an EPC role to the same company account; each role is approved separately. You cannot bid on your own firm's engineering request, so your references come from real work.

Frequently asked

Which documents do you need?

A tax certificate and an authorized engineer document (chamber registration or SMM certificate). No copy of an ID card is required.

Do I pay a fee?

Applying and bidding on engineering requests are free. Ufkon does not collect the job fee and takes no commission on the job; the contract, invoice and payment are between you and the contracting firm.

Will I see the investor's details?

No. The customer of an engineering request is the contracting EPC. The card shows only the province, kWp, service items and deadline; if you are selected, the EPC's contact details open up.

What happens if I am not selected?

Your bid closes as "Not selected" and you get a notification. The selected firm's name or amount is not shared.

Who carries professional liability?

Your firm carries the professional liability for the engineering service you provide. Ufkon brings the parties together; it does not provide the service itself.
