Solar panel quotes: frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to create a project request?
Creating a project request is free, and you can keep a set number of requests open at the same time free of charge. Requests beyond that number, and renewing an expired request, may be subject to a listing fee: if a fee applies, it is shown including VAT before you pay and is never taken without your approval. The fee is there to cut fake and abandoned listings.
How many firms can contact me?
There is no cap on the number of firms. Only firms with checked documents that spend credits to unlock your project request see your contact details, and you see every unlock in your dashboard. A firm that unlocks also sees your phone number and can message you on the platform. Once you close the request, no new firm can unlock it.
Does Ufkon install solar systems?
No. Ufkon is a platform that connects people who want a solar system with firms: it does not install, takes no commission on your deal and does not handle your payment.
Who sees my information?
Until a firm unlocks your project request, firms see only the province/district, roof type and technical details. Your name, phone number, email, full address and documents are shown only to the firms that unlock it. Details are in the KVKK privacy notice.
