Short summary
- If you consent, Ufkon may send you campaign, announcement and news messages about the platform.
- Consent is optional and separate for each channel; currently only the e-mail channel is offered. Not consenting does not affect any service.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, through the link in every message or on the Privacy and my data page of your dashboard.
1. Commercial electronic message consent
By approving this text, you allow Ufkon ("Ufkon") to send you commercial electronic messages for promotion and marketing, through the channel you consent to, about the platform's new features, campaigns, bonus credit periods, events and announcements.

- Consent boxes are never pre-ticked; consent is given only when you tick them.
- Consent is not a precondition for any service. Not consenting does not affect creating project requests, unlocking, messaging, bids, buying credits or any other action.
- Consent given for one channel does not count as consent for other channels.
3. Informational messages that need no consent
The following messages are sent to provide the service, are independent of this consent, and do not promote any goods or services or contain campaign information:
- sign-in and verification codes, account security alerts;
- status of your project request, unlock, new message and bid notifications;
- purchase, payment, invoice, wallet and dispute notifications;
- membership, terms of use and legally required notices.
4. Recording of consent and the Message Management System (IYS)
- Your consent and opt-out actions are recorded with the date, channel, version of the consent text and source of the action. Consent records are kept for 3 years from the end of the consent, other records for 3 years from the record date.
- Before starting to send commercial electronic messages, Ufkon registers with the Message Management System (IYS); under the relevant legislation your consents are recorded in the Message Management System, and your opt-out status is checked in IYS before every sending.
- No commercial message is sent to you on the basis of a consent not recorded in IYS. Until this infrastructure is complete, Ufkon does not send commercial electronic messages.
5. Content of messages
Every commercial message sent includes the identity details of Ufkon and an accessible contact address, where needed the "campaign" or "promotion" nature of the message in the e-mail subject line, and an easy, free opt-out link. Where there is a promotion, its validity period and conditions are stated clearly.
6. Opting out and withdrawing consent
- You can withdraw your consent without giving reasons, at any time and free of charge: through the opt-out link in every message, per channel on the Privacy and my data page of your dashboard, or through IYS.
- Your opt-out is applied and sending is stopped within 3 business days at the latest.
- Opting out does not prevent the informational messages above from being sent.
7. Firms
For firm (merchant or tradesperson) accounts too, Ufkon sends commercial messages only to accounts that consent per channel. Consent and opt-out are managed on the Privacy and my data page of the firm account.
8. Personal data
Your name, e-mail address and consent records processed in this context are processed in line with the KVKK privacy notice.
